Descriptions:
Training Specialist:
Identify training requirements and obtain or develop training programs for platforms, systems, subsystems or items and perform training. Develop training materials or training aids. Use electronic training applications such as video conferencing and computer-based training to enhance the effectiveness of training. Conduct training to ensure proper operation, repair, maintenance, and testing platforms, systems, subsystems or items.
Acquisition Support Specialist:
Assist in developing Statement of Objectives, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Performance Specifications, and solicitation documents. Provide proposal evaluation technical advice and assistance.
Foreign Military Sales Specialist:
Provide a full range of support services for the security assistance and foreign military sales. Provide comprehensive system engineering / technical assistance communication solutions. Provide architecture development, design, engineering, integration, installation, testing, logistics support, equipment, and training.
Export Control Specialist:
Conduct examination of products; verify classification and proper assignment of the product EAR category. Work with program engineers to understand, classify and determine EAR and ITAR eligibility for products and technology including third party products. Research government listings, denied parties list and prepare file copies of the research documentation for all sales transactions related to the company business; screening of customers and potential customers. Obtain technical information. Ensure export control policy requirements are met. Develop export compliance procedures and work instructions. Administer development of policies, procedures, training and periodic audits in the export compliance program. Implement new export control policies and procedures with company personnel.
Federal Procurement Business Development Expert:
Provides senior level support and assistance in coordination and oversight of acquisition projects. Provides both pre-award and post-award acquisition support services including developing acquisition strategies; documenting technical, performance-based requirements; developing acquisition planning documentation (Requests for Information [RFIs], Requests for Proposal [RFPs], and Statements of Objectives [SOOs], Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, and contract award documents) facilitating the source selection process; facilitating contract awards; and administering contracts. Conduct comprehensive research and analyses of technical and cost data; develops point papers, briefing materials, and makes formal oral presentations of these materials to all levels of Government personnel; interprets Federal acquisition policy, regulations, and directives and applies those interpretations in developing acquisition documentation.
